摘要 摘要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 伴随着全球能源危机和环境问题的日益严重，汽车工业正在迎来一场全新 的革命，世界各国都将新能源汽车视为抢占未来汽车工业制高点的战略性产业。 新能源汽车产业的发展，不仅可以有效缓解能源和环境压力，推动汽车产业的 可持续发展，而且可以加快汽车产业的转型升级，提高国际竞争优势。我国是 世界第一大汽车产销国，汽车产业是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱。自上世纪 90 年代我国就开始了对新能源汽车的研发，力争通过发展新能源汽车，实现我 国汽车产业的跨越式发展。近年来我国政府陆续出台了各种扶持培育政策，为 新能源汽车的发展营造了良好的政策环境。然而在市场经济下，要实现新能源 汽车的健康发展，必须坚持以企业为主，政府为辅的原则，因而基于企业层面 进行新能源汽车发展战略的研究具有重要的意义。 本文首先介绍了新能源汽车的相关概念，并对现阶段国内外新能源汽车产 业及新能源汽车企业的发展概况进行了梳理，然后在分析我国新能源汽车企业 战略环境的基础上，分别从技术研发阶段、示范运营阶段和商业化推广阶段对 新能源汽车企业的发展战略进行了总结设计。最后本文结合江铃集团的实际案 例进行了分析和评价，并为完善江铃集团新能源汽车发展战略提供了若干建议。 关键词：企业；新能源汽车；发展战略 I Abst Abstract ABSTRACT With the increasingly serious problem of global energy and environmental issues, traditional fuel vehicles became the culpable of environment’s pollution. Because majority of carbon dioxides discharging by them. Accelerate the transformation of the automotive industry’s development, and developed the new energy vehicles becoming the common choices of major auto companies. Currently major domestic automobile enterprises are actively planning to increase the new energy vehicles’ technology research, in order to seize market. China is the world’s largest automobile products and sales country. The energy crisis and air pollution is the major problem in our country. We should pull the new energy strategy on national level by changing traditional vehicles’ industry. In the market economy, in order to achieve healthy development of new energy vehicles, we shall adhere to the enterprises and supplemented by the principle of government. Thus based on the enterprise level, do research on new energy vehicle development strategy is important. This paper first introduces the concepts of new energy vehicles, considered the status of new energy automotive industry development inside and outside. Then design the strategy of DR, demonstration and promotion through analysis our environment in new energy development.
