岗位名称：动力总成研究院常务副院长 (副总经理级) Position: Powertrain Research Insitite(China) Executive VP（Band 9） 招聘人数：1 Opening position: 1 隶属部门：吉利动力总成研究院 Department: Geely Powertrain Research Institute (China) 汇报对象：院长/集团副总裁 Report to：RD President/Geely Holding Group VP 工作地点：中国宁波 Location: Ningbo, China 任职资格： Qualifications: ?1、研究生以上学历，内燃机或其他机械类相关专业； Master degree or above, internal combustion engine or mechanical engineering background;?2、25年及以上发动机/变速器行业工作经验，了解并能够洞悉发动机/变速器行业趋势与前景； Minimum 25 years engine/transmission industry working experience, understand engine/transmission industry trend, and able to discover business opportunities;3、熟悉发动机或变速器开发项目管理工作，并有主持发动机/变速器项目且成功的经验，能够带领研发团队； Solid experience in engine/transmission RD management, have experience as project director with successful project experience;4、优秀的沟通协调能力沟通协调； Excellent communication skills;5、优秀的团队管理能力，拥有国际化团队管理背景； Excellent team management ability, have multi-national team management background;6、能够发现并解决开发过程中的问题； Capable of discover and solve problems during development; 7、熟悉标准化、专业化的新品开发流程； Familiar with standard, professional new product development process;8、能够对项目会议进行决策并提供指导性意见； be able to make decisions on project audit conference and give valuable suggestions9、对APQP、PPAP、FMEA和TS16949有深刻的理解； Solid understanding in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, TS16949;10、英语流利，抗压能力强； Fluent English, able to work under pressure; ?主要职责（但不仅限于） Main responsibilities（include but not limited）1、负责发动机/变速器开发团队的管理； Be responsible for leading engine/transmission RD team;2、负责发动机/变速器开发体系的完善； Be responsible for engine/transmission RD system establishment and improvement3、保质保量使开发进度按计划时间节点推进直至SOP； Make sure transmission development progress follow timeline and milestones until SOP with quality output;4、发现和解决变速器开发过程中的突发情况； Capable of discover and solve unexpected problems that happened during development;5、负责和外部单位进行沟通协调； Be responsible for communication with external companies;?6、对发动机/变速器项目开发费用、新品成本、分管部门费用进行管控； Responsible for cost control
