老城与新区城市特色塑造路径对比研究 ——以青岛老城和青岛轨道交通产业示范区为例 李林晴 摘要：城市发展历程中，同一城市的老城和新区往往经历了两种截然不同的时代背景和成长路径，不同的 社会背景和城市发展历程造就了地区不同的特色发展基础，从而对城市特色塑造路径提出不同要求。通过 对比分析青岛老城和青岛轨道交通产业示范区自然景观资源、历史人文资源、城市建成空间的特色基础差 异，基于问题导向，提出青岛老城存量空间特色“从有到好”的管控思路, 关注空间特色的文化根植性和 时间序列性，是城市双修思想下城市活力氛围的维续与再生。基于问题和目标双导向，提出青岛轨道交通 产业示范区增量空间特色“从无到有”的营建思路,关注重建整体空间秩序，营造地方文化的空间展示载体。 城市特色管控和营建的两种思路为城市存量地区和增量地区的特色塑造提供了路径上的不同选择。 关键词：城市特色,存量管控,增量营建,青岛老城,青岛轨道交通产业示范区 Abstract:The oldtown andnew district of a same city often experiencetwototally different timebackground and growth paths in the urban development course, and it is just the different social background and urban development process that creates the different characteristic development foundations of a region, thus putting forward different requirements for the shaping methods of urban identity. Through comparative analysis of the differences between Qingdao Old Town and Qingdao Rail Transit Industry Demonstration Area in the characteristic foundations of natural landscape resources, historical and cultural resources, and urban construction space, we put forward the management idea of “from existence to better existence” for the regeneration space identity of Qingdao Old Town in a problem-orientated manner, focusing on the culture embeddedness and time sequence of space characteristics, which is the existence and regeneration of urban vitality atmosphere under“urban renovation and ecologicalrestoration”thought.Based onthedouble orientation ofproblem andtarget, we put forward the construction idea of “from non-existence to existence” for the incremental space identity of Qingdao Rail Transit Industry Demonstration Area, laying emphasis on the reconstruction of integral space order, andthebuilding of space display carrier for characteristic culture.Thetwo approaches for urban identity control or construction can provide different path options for shaping the features ofurban regene
