面向“多规合一”空间规划的信息平台建设研究 ——以青岛市为例 孙中原，韩青，孙成苗 摘要：简要分析了目前我国空间规划体系存在的弊端，以及 “多规合一”、空间规划工作提出的政策背景， 分析了“多规合一”空间规划工作过程中面临的技术挑战。在此基础上，结合 “多规合一”空间规划工作 实际需求，阐述了面向 “多规合一”空间规划的信息平台设计思路，包括平台的定位、解决的问题、建设 的目标、实现的技术路线、平台总体架构等。并在青岛市 “多规合一”空间规划工作过程中将研究结果予 以实践。最后总结了实践成果的应用成效和创新点，进一步验证了研究成果的可行性和科学性。 关键词：多规合一，空间规划，信息平台，青岛市 ResearchontheConstructionofInformationPlatform OrientedTo Multi-PlanIntegration andSpatialPlanning ——TakeQingdaoasanExample Abstract Thispaper briefly analyzes the disadvantages ofthe existing spatialplanning system in China, and the ： policy background of “multi-plan integration and spatialplanning work, and analyzes thetechnical challenges in the process of multi-plan integration and spatial planning.
