PAGE PAGE 19 论我国企业市场准入法律制度 摘要： 在我国市场经济的各种市场主体中，企业的地位是最重要的。政府制定的企业市场准入法律制度对于市场经济的发展影响重大。我国的经济体制由计划经济向市场经济转变仅有二十多年时间，而企业市场准入法律制度也是在这个过程中逐步确立起来的，因而还存在很多不足之处。为加快搞活我国社会主义市场经济，促进我国工业化的发展进程，有必要进一步完善我国当前的企业市场准入法律制度。文章认为，应当对我国各地市场准入制度立法制定统一标准，政府应当降低对民营企业和中小企业市场准入的条件限制，政府和社会组织要为民营企业和中小企业提供多种服务，建立市场准入侵权救济制度，完善外资准入的管理机制，以此来完善我国的企业市场准入法律制度。 关键词：市场准入制度 企业市场准入法律制度 工商登记制度 审批许可制度 Discussion on Market Admittance legal System of Enterprises in China [Abstract] Chinas market economy has a variety of market players, the companys position is the most important.
