某小区多层住宅设计（方案A） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT II PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 本科毕业设计 土木工程 某小区多层住宅设计（方案A） The Design of a multi-storey residential building （Plan A） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT V PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 36 某小区多层住宅设计（方案A） 摘要：本次毕业设计是一幢住宅楼设计（方案A），建筑面积为2900 m2，建筑层数为六层加阁楼，一层层高2.4 m，二层至六层层高3 m，阁楼层层高为 3.6 m，总高为21 m。结构采用框架结构，建筑使用年限为50年，耐火等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为6度，基本地震加速值为0.05g。基础采用桩基础，桩采用端承摩擦桩。通过软件PKPM进行了结构设计，完成了框架梁、柱、楼板、楼梯以及基础的内力和配筋计算和施工绘制。 关键字：住宅楼；建筑；框架结构；结构设计 The design of multi-storey residential buiding （Plan A） Abstract：The graduation design is a design of a residential building (plan A), the building area is 2900 m2, the structure has six stories with a attic story, the height of first story is 3.6 m, and the height of second to six storys is 3 m , the height of the attic story is 3 m , the total height is 21 m. The structure is frame structure, the working life of the architecture is 50 years, fire-protection rating is level 2, seismic precautionary intensity is 6 degree, the design basic acceleration of ground motion is 0.05 g . The buliding is based on a pile foundation which gets a force by friction. The structural design is determineed through software PKPM, ,beams,columns,slabs,stairs and foundations have been completed by calculating the internal force and reinforcing these components and finishing the construction drawing in the end.
