Because of the special geographical position and specal wedder condition, cold region campus owns its special landscape sources, and this is the springboard of this thesis. The thesis research method is find questions-analyse questions-solve questions. Find questions-the importance of special landscape in cold region campuses.Analyse questions-what is special landscape for cold region campus.Solve questions-how to build specal landscape in cold region campus. The first part of the thesis is about the background,concepts,research method.It confirms the research frame.The second part of the paper analyses the landscape trend of whole cold region campus and main factors which influence the build of special landscape in cold region campus. It provides the special backgrounds for the researth. On the base of above things ,the third part discusses the special factors which make of the special landscape in cold region campus,it includes natural factors,architecture factors,ground factors and culture factors. The forth part the author brings forward his own design method and idea on every factor accordingly，it is the conclusional part. The thesis bases on the analyse of vast literatures and the review of large numbers of cold region campuses landscape.The paper don’t want to provide a ultimatemethod to solve the questions,instead it provide a considing idea.
