经右胸入路食管癌根治术治疗食管中下 段癌的疗效及安全性分析 蔡恒 湖北省麻城市人民医院 摘要： 目的探讨经右胸入路食管癌根治术治疗食管屮下段癌的疗效及安全性。方法 220例食管中下段癌患者，均实施食管癌根治术治疗，按入路方式不同分为2 组。对照组经左胸入路，观察组经右胸入路。结果观察组手术时间、失血量、 术后留置胸管时间、住院时间、并发症发牛率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义 (P〈0.05);观察组清扫淋巴结数目(19. 24±6, 63)枚、肿瘤成功切除率 (89. 09%),均高于对照组[(11.24±4. 63)枚、70.91%],差异有统计学意义 (P<0. 05);观察组生存时间较对照组延长，局部复发、远处转移率降低，差异有 统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论经右胸入路食管癌根治术治疗食管中下段癌疗效 确切，具有良好的淋巴结清扫效果，可延长患者无瘤牛存时间，安全可靠，值 得推广。 关键词： 右胸入路;食管癌根治术;食管中下段癌;疗效;安全性; 收稿日期：2016-11-11 Efficacy and Safety of Esophageal Cancer Radical Resection Via Right Thoracic Approach in the Treatment of Middle and Lower Esophageal Cancer CAI Heng Macheng People's Hospital; Abstract： Objective To analyze the efficacy and safety of esophageal cancer radical operation in the treatment of middle and lower esophageal cancer by right thoracic approach. Conclusion The right thoracic approach in esophageal cancer radical surgery for esophageal cancer is effective, has a good effect in lymph node dissection, it can prolong progression-free survival, and it is safe and reliable.
