结核菌素皮肤试验及血清新喋吟检测对活动性肺结核的诊断价值分析 刘文林 (威远县疾病控制屮心 四川威远 642450) 【摘要】口的比较活动性及稳定型肺结核患者结核菌素(PPD)皮肤试验 及血清NP测定结果，探讨二者在活动性肺结核中的应用价值。方法回顾分析 44例活动性肺结核(活动组)和56例稳定型肺结核(稳定组)患者PPD皮肤试 验及血清NP资料。结果两组患者PPD皮肤试验强度比较，差异存在着统计学 意义(Plt;0.05)； PPD皮肤试验判定活动性肺结核的敏感性为77.27%,特异性 为85.71%。活动组患者血清NP测定值为(56.53plusmn;8.18) nmol/L,高于稳 定组的(29.84plusmn;6.39) nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.05)；血清 NP 判断活动性肺结核的敏感性为86.70%,特异性为93.00%。二者联合诊断活动性 肺结核的敏感性为93.18%,特异性为94.64%o结论 血清NP可作为活动性肺结 核重要的辅助诊断指标，结合PPD皮肤试验，有助于活动性肺结核的早期诊断。 【关键词】帅结核 活动性 新喋吟 结核菌素皮肤试验 【屮图分类号】R521 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2014) 09-0103-02 Analysis on the diag no Stic value of tuberculi n skin test and serum mopteri n test for active pulm on ary tuberculosis Liu wen-lin(The Center for Disease Control and Prevention of wei yuan sichuan china 642450) [Abstract] Objective To compare tuberculin (PPD) skin test and serum mopterin (NP) test results in active and stable pulm on ary tuberculosis patie nts, and in vestigate the applicati on values of the two for active pulm on ary tuberculosis ?
