It is looked upon a digital revolution in broadcast do- main. Mode of management and mode of work and quality of sign and layout of program and mode of broadcast are adjusted with stratagement in this revolution. My thesis was written during this time periods. According to “ the plan Of The Radio Television Bureau of Haerbin city in 3 years”, the Radio Television Bureau of Haerbin city will upgrade the old analog broadcasting system to a new digital broadcasting system. The content of my thesis is research and development broadcast subsystems under digital broadcast automation system for HRBTV. In this theme, the broadcast subsystems were distributed system and based on MFC structure and developed with Visual C++ 6.0. DataBase used SQL 2000 Advance Server. The application system was made up of Real-time kernel with Threads, Thread pool, Thread priority and Lock Message technics under Win- dows 2000 Professional System platform. The system implement the frame preci- sion with RS422 interface and run stability with the function of switching princi- pal and subordinate workstation and up to the demand of 24/7 and showed count down clock with ActiveX controls and commuted data with XML Schemas. It is important task too that the implementation of the insert broadcast data function and adjusting time for the program in this theme. There innovate a design that introduced six styles in the software system. They are sequence, timing, sequence insert, timing insert, following, manual.
