综合护理用于社区肺结核患者中的临床观察 雒银花 (甘肃省张掖市甘州区西街社区卫牛服务中心 甘肃张掖734000) 【摘要】目的：研究综合护理用于社区肺结核患者中的应用效果。方法：将 我院2010年12月至2015年12月随访的肺结核患者23例，按照随机分组的方 法分为对照组和试验组，其中对照组采用常规护理措施，试验组在对照组的基础 上，实施综合全面的护理干预。对两组患者护理前后的健康知识掌握程度、焦虑 情况、满意度、及护理结果进行比较。结果：通过对23例肺结核患者实施综合 护理干预措施，患者的恐惧心理得到有效消除，试验组的健康知识掌握程度、满 意度均显著比对照组要高；及其患者的护理措施均比对照组好。结论：对肺结核 患者实施综合护理干预措施可以使患者的紧张心理得到有效缓解，护理工作规范 化、人性化、全面化，切实提高了护理工作效率和正确率，缩短了患者治疗时间， 提高患者的护理满意度，减少医护患矛盾，值得在肺结核患者护理中大力推广应 用。 【关键词】肺结核；综合护理；效果观察 【中图分类号】R473.2 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1007-8231 (2015) 14-0224-02 [Abstract ]Objective To study the integrated care for tuberculosis patients in the comm unity method applicati on effect: the con trol group and the test group will tuberculosis patients in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2015 follow-up of 23 cases, according to the method of randomization into in which the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group on the basis of the control group, the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention.
