Methods: Two hundred and one patients hospitalized in the cardiovascular international medicine department of Guiyang Medical College from January 2014 to October 2014 were selected. All the patients were examined by coronary arteriography in the catheter room to have coronary artery stenosis greater than or equal to 50%. They were then divided into 3 groups according to different level of glucose metabolism, including 60 cases in the control group (Group A), 81 cases in impaired glucose regulation (IGR) group (Group B) IGR including impaired fasting glucose (IFG) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and 60 cases in diabetes mellitus (DM) group (Group C) (not including Type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM). Severe liver and kidney diseases, other organic heart diseases(as Cardiomyopathy、Pericardium diseases、Valvular heart disease、Connective tissue diseases) and secondary heart diseases(as Takayasus arteritis 、 Anemia 、 Kawasaki disease) were ruled out. A statistical study was performed on the general data of these patients during hospitalization to analyze the degrees of coronary artery lesions in the three groups.All date were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results: 1). General clinical data: no statistically significant difference was found in the number of hypertension patients 、gende、age、left ventricular ejection fraction and smoking between three groups（P＞0.05）; no statistically significant difference was found in the number of left ventricular ejection fraction F=0.12，P=0.89.2).
