StudyontheEmulsionPolymerizationwithPhoto．irradiatedSystemsBasedonTertiaryAmineOxideAbstractCurrentlymeltextrusionandsol—gelisthemailnlymethodtopreparethepolymercomposites．Butthesemethodseithercan’timprovethedispersedphasedistributionuniformitydegreeorlackofindustrialprospectoflarge．scalepreparation．Inthefieldofmaterialsgraduallyputforwardbyemulsionpolymerizationmethodpriortodispersedparticleimplantationreactionsystemandpolymerization，thengetthecompositepolymermaterialthroughpolymerizationreaction，butintheemulsionsystemtofindafineandeconomicwaytosolvesolidparticleagglomerationisstillinsituemulsionpolymerizationthecoreproblem，SOhowinemulsionpolymerizationsystemtocachievefineparticledispersionisahotresearchfieldinrecentyears．Theresearchgroupofoctadecylaminepolyoxyethylene(5)oxide(tertiaryamineoxide，rabbreviatedAO-1805)，theearlyuseofAO·1805asasurfactantandaemulsifierforemulsionpolymerization，withstyreneasmonomer,waterascontinuousphase，beforetheimplantationofmodifiedsolidparticles(i．e．modifiedemulsionpolymerizationmicrocrystallinecelluloseandmodifiedsilica)，thereactioninsituemulsionpolymerization．Systematicallyinvestigatesandresearchesonthepreparationprocessofpolymercompositematerial，polymerstructure，polymermolecularweight，distribution，andpropertiesofcompositepolymetmaterialswenexaminedbyGPC,FT．IR,NMR,DSC，POM．kthedispersedphasesystemfoundthatchangeof3％ofⅡ1esolidparticleadsorptionAO·1805or4％ofthecompoundsuffactant(AO．1805and1831)canbemaintainedintheemulsionsystemstabledispersion,polymerizationconversionratecallreach70％around．AndthissystemofthepreparationofpolystyrenemolecularweightCanstillreachmillionsmore，belongstothehighmolecularweightpolystyFene，molecularweightdistributionbetween1．6-1．9．Inthestructure，thepolymerforthepreparationbythissystemisatacticpolystyrene．Andthroughpolarizingmicroscopeobservationcanbeclearlyseenfromthesolidparticlesdispersed．Afteranalysisfoundthatsolidparticlesafteraddedintocompositepolymer，thematerialthermaldecompositiontemperaturehasbeenimprove
