2002 2 2 　CHINA TROPICAL MEDICINE Vol.2 No.2 June 2002 　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　 167 文章编号:1009-9727 (2002)02-0167-03 [] 、 1 1 2 2 1 1 1 1 1 王善青 　蒙锋 　沈恒 　闻岩 　卓开仁 　朱其先 　庞学坚 　林世干 　曾林海 摘要　目的　 察双氢青蒿素与磺胺多辛 乙胺嘧啶联合使用治疗恶性疟的疗效。 　方法　以显微镜血检单纯 恶性疟原虫阳性患者为 察对象, 服药后按时测量体温和血检原虫, 随访28d, 察治疗效果。 结果　收治36 例恶性 疟患者, 全部治愈, 无 1 例复燃, 治愈率为100%。 平均退热时间为(17.0±9.9)h, 24h 原虫下降率为99.7%±1.1%, 原 虫无性体转阴时间平均为(26.2±9.4)h, 药后无明显不良反应。 结论　双氢青蒿素与磺胺多辛 乙胺嘧啶联合使用治 疗恶性疟具有良好的效果。 关键词　双氢青蒿素;磺胺多辛 乙胺嘧啶;恶性疟;临床疗效. 中图分类号:R531.3　　文献标识码:A Therapeutic effectiveness of dihydroartemisinin combined with sulfadoxine pyrimethamine in patients 1 with falciparum malaria.WANG Shan-qing , et al., Hainan Provin ial Institute of Tropi al Diseases, Haikou, 570203, Hainan Provin e P.R.China. Abstract 　Objective 　To observe the therapeuti effi a y of dihydroartemisinin ombinedwith Sulfadoxine Pyrimethamine in patients with fal iparum malaria.Methods 　Patients with Plasmodium fal iparum were sele ted as the subje ts and were followed up in presele tive time by blood and temperature examination for 28 days after they took the drugs.Result 　36 patients with fal iparum malaria were treated and followed up .All patients was ured and the ure rate in 28 days was 100%(36 39).The mean fever learan e timewas (17.0 ±9.9)hours;the mean parasite learan e time was(26.2±9.4)hours;the mean rate of parasite redu e in 24 hours was 99.7%± 1.1%.No apparent side-effe t was observed.Conclusion　Dihydroartemisinin ombined with Sulfadoxine Py- rimethamine is effe tive for the treatment of patients with fal iprum malaria.
