It become a new economic growth point of Chinas marine fisheries ,the development has brought huge economic and environmental benefits. However, is our current fisheries financial support perfect enough? Whether financial development can provide strong protection for the development of the marine carbon sinks fisheries? These topics are wide concerned for the community. In this paper, the main work can be divided into the following five parts. The first, tend to be the carbon sinks fisheries and fisheries finance and carbon trading market theory. The second, demonstrate the huge earnings prospects of our marine carbon sinks fisheries .Simultaneous analysis of the marine carbon sinks fisheries is on the urgent need of financial support. Then, starting from the financial support subject, divided it into two categories, Banking credit support and capital market financing support. While the capital markets, including traditional equity and debt financing, the Fisheries Fund, as well as the emerging carbon trading market. Through theoretical analysis, a major impact on the development of fisheries on the marine carbon sinks is still banking credit, it can be divided into policy finance, commercial finance and cooperative financial. The third, with empirical research methods on the representative of the various types of bank, to study whether the Agricultural Development Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, rural credit cooperatives and ocean carbon sinks fisheries have a long-term relationship, and trying to find financial support mode for our marine carbon sinks fisheries development .The fourth, based on the empirical results, analysis the connotation of banking support mode and capital markets support mode.
