华中科技大学硕士学位论文 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II II ABSTRACT The rolling bearing vibration is a reflection of rolling bearings comprehensive quality, which directly affects the performance of the rolling bearings. Currently existing rolling bearing vibration detector can only measure the vibration velocity. Its function is simple and its level of automation is low. Bearing manufacturing enterprises need a rolling bearing quality detection system to automatically detect bearing vibration, automatically determine the quality level of bearing vibration and to find the source of the bearing vibration. Bearing vibration signal processing system is the key of bearing quality detection system. This paper discusses in detail the mechanism of the bearing vibration, signal acquisition and processing principles, time-domain statistical techniques, resonance demodulation method, and applicates these techniques to analyse the bearing vibration signal. According the characteristics of the defect bearing vibration signal, the paper introduces the slip kurtosis algorithm to determine the bearing defect of grease. Through the resonance demodulation technique practical application, it can effectively extract the characteristic signal of rolling bearing surface defects. This characteristic signal can be used to determining the defective parts of bearing. On this basis, design and implementation of a PC-based bearing vibration signal acquisition and analysis system is designed and implemented. According to the characteristics of bearing vibration signal and signal processing speed requirements, selected the various components of the signal acquisition system. According to the signal processing algorithms, programed the signal processing software. By experiment, the system can diagnose the grease defect of the defect rolling bearing and the system can extract the characteristic signal of rolling bearing surface defects.
