China（Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone have been set up in the September 2013 ，which indicated the development of special customs supervision zone. Guangxi is the forefront and window of China-ASEAN cooperation. The establishment of Beibu Gulf Free Trade Zone will promote China-ASEAN cooperation and open economics of Guangxi, in addition, Guangxi will successfully establish well-off society as soon as possible. So, the construction of Beibu Gulf Free Trade Zone has become an important research topic. This paper mainly built around what the Beibu Gulf Free Trade Zone and explore the question of how to build. Firstly, it studies the theoretical basis of international free trade zones , including the definition of the concept , history, components and the development model , combined with the United States and Singapore ; Then, from the perspective of domestic development , it introduces our history of free trade zone , the gap of comparing with international free trade zones , and focuses on the reform and enlightenment China （Shanghai）Pilot Free Trade Zone ; then with a starting point of Qinzhou bonded Port , it uses SWOT analysis to build the Beibu Gulf Free Trade Zone, including internal strengths and weaknesses , and external opportunities and challenges; Finally , on the basis of the previous text , this paper provides the general idea and concrete measures to build the Beibu Gulf Free Trade Zone.
