During the cold war, relations between the United States and Japan kept warm.The Soviet India also kept frequent interaction.There lacks enough common interests to promote bilateral relations between India and Japan. After the end of the cold war, the United States and the Soviet Union eliminated the barriers between the two camps, the contact between different countries have been an unprecedented increase. The mutual interest demands between India and Japan increased, the relationship between the two countries gradually warming.
