Because highway project contains the subgrade pavement, bridge, tunnel, traffic facilities and a number of individual projects, but also has a long construction period,the large scale of investment,high technical contents, climate, geology, policy, external environment,which is complex and other significant.characteristics Therefore, in project construction process, how to strengthen risk management, avoid risk, reduce risk loss, is an important project management topics. This paper chooses Harbin Harbin to the A Cheng highway project as an example,from project construction aspect to carry out research on risk management. This paper at first reviews the risk management basic concept and research status at home and overseas, summarizes the project basic survey, management structure and situation. Second According to project the external environment, internal environment, using the Delphy method, construction of the project risks checklist, identify project risk factors.Third again to take the Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, comparison of the accuracy of a risk estimation and risk assessment. Fourth combined with the project of basic characteristics, found the projectprocess control, quality control, contract risk and other risk factors relative to most important. Finally, this paper combines theory and experience, the estimation and evaluation of major risk after given the specific risk response measures, and establish the risk monitoring system.At last the purpose of this paper is to provide the highway engineering project risk management provides some examples .and for the future of our highway construction project risk management to provide targeted guidance and reference.
