跨理论模型及动机性访谈对痛风性关节炎患者饮食认知及行为改变的临床研究 蒋小珍 于力萍王梅 万素英 (四川省达州市屮西医结合医院四川达州635000) 【摘 要】冃的：探讨基于跨理论模型的动机性访谈健康教育对痛风性关节 炎患者健康饮食认知及行为改变阶段的临床效果。方法：便利选取住院痛风性关 节炎患者60例，按照患者纳入顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。其中观察 组采用基于跨理论模型的动机性访谈健康教育，主要针对健康饮食；对照组接受 常规健康饮食教育。比较两组的教育效果。结果：两组一般资料比较差异无统 计学意义。两组通过健康教育后的知识和态度改变较Z前均有明显改善，但观察 组的改善程度比对照组更显著，差异有统计学意义。结论：跨理论模型及动机性 访谈是一种有效的认知、行为改变方法，动机性健康教育是改善住院痛风性关节 炎患者的健康饮食认知及行为的有效措施，可供临床参考使用。 【关键词】痛风性关节炎患者；跨理论模型；动机访谈；健康教育；饮食行 为改变阶段 【中图分类号】R593.22 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1003-5028 (2015) 6-0551-02 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the clinical result that healthy diet cog nition and behavioral change stage of patients with gouty arthritis who have been affected by the health educati on based on motivational in terviewi ng of transtheoretical model.Methods： Select 60 patients with gouty arthritis in hospital,then divide them into two groups randomly, i.e. observation group with 30 members and control group with 30 members according to their order. Members in observation group receive the health education that focuses on diet based on motivational interviewing of transtheoretical model. Meanwhile members in the control group receive the traditio nal health educatio n about diet.The corresp on ding results are compared.Result： The differenee of the common materials from the two groupsownsno statistical significanee. Althoughthe changes of both the knowledge and attitude from both of the two groups are obviously promoted after the health education, the extent of observation group is more significant than that of control group and the result obtains statistical significance.Conclusion： The transtheoretical model and motivational interviewing is effective for cognitive and behavioral change.
