第 27 卷第 2 期 河 北 工 业 科 技 Vol . 27 ,No . 2 20 10 年 3 月 Hebei J ournal of Indu st rial Science and Technolo gy Mar . 20 10 　　文章编号 (20 10) 0210 102 磷矿酸解液氨化过程中磷退化问题研究 马 　凯 ,马培华 ( 中国阿拉伯化肥有限公司 ,河北秦皇岛　066000) 摘 　要 :硝酸或盐酸分解磷矿生产磷肥过程中均会遇到酸解液氨化前除钙的问题 ,酸解液比较黏 稠 ,钙离子去除工艺不易实现 。除钙 目的是防止氨化过程中磷的退化 。传统的硝酸磷肥工艺一般 采用氨化槽氨化 ,氨化时间长 ,氨化液需进一步蒸发浓缩后喷浆造粒 ,长时间的氨化和浓缩等工艺 条件促进了磷的退化 。模拟研究了不经除钙的酸解液采用管式反应器快速氨化闪蒸的喷浆造粒工 艺 ,氨化及水蒸发时间极短 ,可以有效地避免磷的退化 。实验表明该法磷退化率小于 10 % ,工业生 产上可以接受 。采用盐酸分解磷矿时 ,可以消耗掉硫基复合肥生产中副产的大量盐酸 ,获得经济效 益的同时又避免了污染 。 关键词 :磷矿酸解液 ;氨化 ;磷退化 中图分类号 : TQ442 . 6 　　　文献标识码 :A St udy on p ho sp hat e invalidation in p rocess of neut ralizing aciddecompo sing p ho sp horit e slurry by ammonia MA Kai , MA Peihua ( SinoArab Chemical Fertilizer s Comp any Limit ed , Qinhuangdao Hebei 066000 , China) Abstract :In compoundfertilizer p roduction p rocess , decalcium p roblem ha s to be solved to avoid p ho sp hat e invalidation while nit ric or hydrochloric acid decompo se p ho sp horit e slurry neut ralized by liquid or ga s ammonia .
