· 电气与自动化 · 马彬彬 。等 ·OMRONPLC在医院输液室呼叫系统中的应用 oMRoNPLC在 医院输液室 呼叫系统 中的应用 马彬彬 ．赵安 (泰州职业技术学院，江苏 泰州 225300) 摘 要：当今社会各行业信息化、智能化普及，尤其是在服务性行业。但也有些服务场合稍显 落后，比如有些医院输液室在输液患者有医护需求时还是通过人工呼喊医护人员．明显会给医 护人员工作及输液室环境带来不 良影响。有些医院虽然采用了单片机 自动呼叫控制系统，但 故障率高．功能不完善。现介绍PLC技术在医院输液室呼叫控制中的应用，通过采用OMRON 小型PLC作为控制核心．实现输液室呼叫系统 自动化控制。该控制系统可将医院输液病人的呼 叫信息迅速准确地通知给输液室医护人员，以获得 医护人员的及时处治和帮助。呼叫系统由 硬件、控制流程、PLC梯形图程序设计组成。可解决因人工呼叫给病人带来的不便．且故障率 低。控制功能更加灵活，可大大提 高医护效率。 关键词 ：医院；呼 1系统；可编程控制器 ；自动控制 中图分类号：TP273 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1671—5276(2015)06．0206．02 ApplicationofoMRoN PLC inTransfusionRoom CallingSystemsinHospitals MA Binbin，ZHAO An (TaizhouPolytethnicCollege，Taizhou225300，China) Abstract：Now theinformationandtheintelligentequipmentarewidelyusedinallindustries，especiallyintheservice industry． However，somesewiceindustriesslightlyfallbehind，forexample，inthetransfusionroomsofsomehospital，itthepatients needthehelpofthemedicalstaff，theystillusethemodeofcallingout．Ithasinfluenceonitsenvironmentgreatly．TheSCM automaticcalling systemsareequippedwithinsomehospicaIs．however．are withthehighrateofmalfunctionsandinadequate functions．ThispaperintroducestheapplicationofPLCtechnology inthetransfusionroom callingcontrolinhospitalanduses theOMRON PLC asthecontrolcoretoautomatethecallingsystemsinthehospital，whichcanbeusedtosendthepatients’ callinginformationimmediatelytothemedicalstaff inthetransfusionoffice，SOthattheycanreceivethetimelytreatmentsand medicalhelpfrOm themedicalstaff．Italso introducesitshardwarestructures．contro lflow andPLC ladderprogram designfor thecallingsystemsinthetransfusionrooms．Thiscontrolsystem isusedto solvethe inconvenienceto thepatients，dueto manualcallings．Becauseofthelow rateofitsmalfunctionsandflexiblecont
