The proposed and the conventional processes were simulated with Aspen Plus , respectively. The profiles of liquid composition , temperature ,flow rate and energy consumption of the two processes were compared . The results show that the energy consumption of the proposed process can be reduced by 146 % , and the cost of equipment and operation can be decreased compared to the conventional process.
