静吸复合与全凭静脉麻醉用于老年骨科手术的临床对比分 易勇 （四川省达州市渠县人民医院 四川 达州635200） 【摘要】口的：分析及对比静吸复合麻醉和全凭静脉麻醉在老年骨科手术 屮的临床应用价值。方法：收集我院骨科接诊的行手术治疗的80例患者进行临 床研究，按照随机、对照、双肓的原则将所有患者随机分成对照组与研究组，每 组各包含40例。研究组给予静吸复合麻醉，对照组给予全凭静脉麻醉。观察和 比较两组患者的血流动力学与术后麻醉恢复情况。结果：对照组患者Ta、Tb、Tc 等各时间点的SBP与DBP均显著低于TO时（PV0.05）。对照组患者Ta、Tb、Tc 等各时间点的SBP、DBP均显著低于研究组（P0.05）o研究组的睁眼时间、呼 吸恢复时间及拔管时间均显著低于对照组（PV0.05）。结论：与全凭静脉麻醉相 比，七氟烷静吸复合麻醉在老年骨科手术患者中的临床价值更为优秀，值得推广。 【关键词】老年；骨科手术；静吸复合麻醉；全凭静脉麻醉；临床价值 【中图分类号】R641 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 （2016） 15-0061-02 [Abstract] Objective To an a lyze and compare the clin ical applicatio n value of static and intravenous anesthesia and total intravenous anesthesia in elderly patients in Department of orthopedics operation. Methods A total of 80 patients in our hospital admissions for surgical treatment for clinical research, according to the ran domized, con trolled, double-blind principle of the all patie nts were randomly divided into control group and study group, each group contains 40 cases. The study group was given intravenous anesthesia, and the control group was given total intravenous anesthesia. Observation and comparison of the two groups of patients with blood flow dynamics and postoperative anesthesia recovery. Results Ta, Tb, Tc, SBP and DBP in the control group were significantly lower than those in TO (P lt; 0.05). In the control group, Ta, Tb, Tc, DBP and SBP at each time point were significantly lower than those in the study group (P lt; 0.05). The research group of the open time, breathing recovery time and extubation time were significantly lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05).
