During the initial period of phase 1 blended ore commissioning of the blending stockyard of Baosteel raw material branch ，such problems as the size segregation and component fluctuation etc. oc- curred ，in view of this ，round trip variable speed bedded (layered)feeding and end delay stacking technology were adopted to im- prove the pile quality of Baosteel raw material branch ，and good results were achieved. These two kinds of technologies were in- troduced in this paper for reference in the same industry.
