Ⅰ.Teaching Aims:
1. Knowledge Objects: (知识目标)
(1)、New words and the key sentences: outgoing,loudly?,quietly,?than?,hardworking
A + is + adj.比较级+ than +B.
(2)、To master the rules of comparative forms of adjective.
(3)、To learn to compare two people or two things.
2. Ability Objects: (技能目标)
Practice listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
3. Moral Objects: (情感目标)
①Get the students compare the two person and things, find out the distance between you and the others.?
②Arouse students’ learning desire and develop their English-learning interests.

Step1:Greeting and introduction:
(1).greeting .
(2)Introduce myself.
Step2:Leading
(1).Students look at a video and find the adjectives.
(2).Play a game .When the apples fall down ,please stand up and say the words on the apples.
(3).Revise some adjectives and their opposites.
Step3:Presentation:
(1).Compare the persons in the pictures, describe them with opposite words, and understand the sentence;
Yao Min is than Pan Changjiang.
Pan Changjiang is than Yao Ming ……
(2).According to the comparative degree in the sentences ,find out the rules of adding –er and let the students summarize by themselves.
Step4:Groupwork:
Six students in a group , describe the two pictures on the screen one by one using the given words. Every sthdent say out a complete comparative sentence. Call some students to show
