As the situation progressed, after enjoying thirty years’ benefits, China now starts to face the problems such as the aging of population and shortage of workforce brought by this policy. As is noticed by the Chinese offices, the problems contribute to the new changes of the policy. This article mainly argues the futility of these new changes due to the current economic situation and the urbanization and suggests more relaxed changes accompanied with the reform of the Endowment Insurance System.
