中学生急救知识需求状况及培训对策研究 周海林姚强王强 (什邡市人民医院急诊科四川德阳618400) 【摘要】目的：对四川省什邡市七一中学学生急救知识需求状况进行调查， 并探讨相关培训对策。方法：采用自制问卷，对四川省什邡市七一中学1259名 高中学生急救知识需求进行调查。结果：96.18%、98.49%、97.77%、98.09%中学 生认为培训创伤、猝死、气道异物阻塞、中毒等急救知识是有必要的；培训后中 学生急救知识及格率96.03%,高于培训前14.55% (Plt;0.05)。结论：什邡市七 一中学学生对急救知识需求较高，应综合考虑学生性别、年级、家庭情况等，积 极开展针对性、个体化的急救知识培训活动，满足中学生急救知识需求，提高其 自救和互救能力，值得推广应用。 【关键词】中学生；急救知识；需求；培训对策 【中图分类号】R3 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 20-0367-02 Research of demand condition and training countermeasures of middle school students’ knowledge of first aid 【Abstract 】Objective To investigate the demand condition of knowledge of first aid in the Sichuan province Shifang city seven one middle school students,and to probe into the related training strategies. Methods 1259 high school students1 first aid knowledge were investigated from Sichuan province Shifang city seven one middle school by the questionnaire. Outcome: 96.18%, 98.49%, 97.77%, 98.09% of students think that the training of trauma, sudden death, airway obstruction, poisoning and first aid knowledge is necessary;ln addition,after the training of middle school students of the knowledge of first pass rate was 96.03%,which was higher than that before the training of 14.55% (Plt;0.05). Conclusion The students in the Sichuan province Shifang city seven one middle school are higher demand for first aid knowledge,which should be consided the students gender, grade, family situation ect.And should be actively developped the targeted, individualized knowledge of first aid training activities,while to satisfy the demand of students first aid knowledge, enhance the ability of self-help and mutual aid, thus should be promoted in the clinical application. 【Key words】 Middle school students; First aid;Demand; Training strategy 意外伤害是导致35岁以下人群死亡的主要原因之一，尤其对青少年身体健 康、生命安全造成严重威胁。为最大程度降低意外伤害致残率和死亡率，提高抢 救成功率，仅靠医护人员急救是远远不够的，还需要现场“0击者”实施快速、 有效的帮助，进而争取抢救吋间，降低死亡率。学校是青少年学习、生活的主要 场所，在交通安全、建筑设施、学校周围等均存在安全隐患，做好青少年急救知 识普及和技能训练，有利于增强青少年自救、互救能力。本文对什邡市七一中学 1259名高中学生急救知识需求进行分析，探
