The paper makes a study of the BIM technology in the professional modeling, construction progress and the construction of dynamic simulation design, construction layout, the construction quality control, construction safety control, cost control, construction materials and the application of the contract management. The application of BIM technology of the large-span prestressed structure and the steel truss structure solves the difficulties of project construction management, complex stress state, the construction of high technical content. It is a reflection of the value of the BIM technology application in the construction process.
