心肌酶谱检测在急诊诊断中的价值 徐 华，廖运全，吴海雄 （中山市古镇人民医院，广东 中山 528421） 【摘要】目的：探讨分析心肌酶谱检测在急诊诊断中的有效性。方法：将随机选取的本院2011年4月至2016年7月收治的125例脑外伤患者作为脑伤组，将125例急性心肌梗死患者作为心梗组，将50例健康人员作为对照组，对3组人员的资料进行回顾性分析，比较心肌酶谱变化情况。结果：与对照组相比，脑外伤组与心梗组的的心肌酶谱检测明显升高，组间数据对比有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；脑外伤患者心肌酶谱检测的敏感度为100%。急性心肌梗死患者心肌酶谱检测的敏感度为98.4%，敏感度较高。且脑外伤程度为轻度患者的心肌酶谱检测为（964.11±64.79）U/L，程度为中度患者的心肌酶谱检测为（1857.59±103.95）U/L，程度为重度患者的心肌酶谱检测为（3477.56±246.89）U/L。个人认为，心肌酶谱不是一个项目，而是几个酶的检测值，个人认为此处有误结论：心肌酶谱检测在脑外伤患者及急性心肌梗死急诊临床诊断中的敏感性较高。 个人认为，心肌酶谱不是一个项目，而是几个酶的检测值，个人认为此处有误 【关键词】心肌酶谱；急诊诊断；有效性 【中图分类号】R446.11+2 【文献标志码】A DOI:10.11851/j.issn.1673-1557.2017.04.0 Value of myocardial enzyme spectrum examination in emergency diagnosis XU Hua, LIAO Yunquan, WU Haixiong (Guzhen Peoples Hospital of Zhongshan， Zhongshan, Guangdong 528421, China) 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of myocardial enzyme spectrum examination in emergency diagnosis.
