格林医药股份有限公司北京分公司配送中心选址的研究 摘 要 随着国民经济的飞速发展，物流业受到人们的重视，在大力发展物流的同时，人们面临着一个共同的问题：物流配送中心如何进行合理的选址。在物流网络里物流配送中心连接着供货点和需求点，是两者之间的桥梁。在整个物流系统中有着举足轻重的作用，因此，物流配送中心的选址对物流系统作用的发挥和经济效益的提高有着重要的影响。 现阶段，我国现有医药批发企业1.65万家。现有的医药流通业规模比较庞大，但发展良莠不齐，市场管理比较落后，其物流配送中心也存在选址不合理、功能不健全的问题。目前很多医药批发企业都想建立一批融商流、物流、信息流为一体，集储存保管、集散转运、流通加工、药品配送、信息传递、代购代销、连带服务等多功能于一体的物流配送中心。因此物流配送中心成了医药批发企业物流系统的关键环节。 在当前我国进行大规模物流规划与建设的情况下，结合中国的实际情况，探索现代企业物流的规划与建设不仅具有十分重要的意义，而且也是一项十分迫切的任务。本文论题就是在这样一个背景下提出的。本文首先介绍了论文选题的背景和意义，阐述了医药配送中心选址的国内外研究现状，接着对其理论部分做了详细的综述，其中配送中心的选址核心内容，在第四章中通过对格林医药药股份有限公司北京分公司配送中心规划的实例分析证实科学合理规划的重要性和优越性，最后指出了我国在配送中心选址中存在的问题，并提出了针对性的对策建议。希望本文能有助于企业加强对相关问题的了解和认识，起到一定的参考作用，并且有实践意义。 【关键字】 物流，配送中心，选址 ABSTRACT Along with the rapid development of national economy, the logistics attention, in developing logistics, people face a common problem: how logistics distribution center for the reasonable location. In logistics network connecting the logistics distribution center GongHuoDian and demand, is a bridge between the two. In the logistics system plays a vital role, therefore, the location of logistics distribution center of logistics system function and improve the economic benefits of the significant influence. At present, Chinas current medicine wholesale enterprise 1.65 million. The existing pharmaceutical circulation size is large, but the good and bad are intermingled, market management development is relatively backward, the location of logistics distribution center also exists, the function is not perfect. Now many pharmaceutical companies want to establish a wholesale melting trade, logistics, information collection, storage, transport, circulation processing, distribution and logistics information transmission, drugs and joint services sb in multifunctional logistics distribution center. Therefore logistics distribution center into medicine wholesale enterprise logistics system is the key link. In the current our country large-scale logistics planning and construction conditions, combining the act
