ABSTRACT ABSTRACT Our country’S County area economy has experienced a long history of development．With the continuous progress of society，its function is continuing to be improved，the status is rising and the county area economy has becoming a comprehensive and grass-roots economy in China national economy．It is gradually formed Diverse running way，Inside structure and development Structure and form．It has a basic status in the national economy． It is the essential means to well-off society and realize modemization in rural areas and ultimately to achieve China’S modernization with developing County area economy,Orchestrating social development of urban and rural economy,achieving modernization of the county area economy．County area economy is an important level of regional economy,and has the basic position in the national economy． There can’t be modernization of our national economy without the modernization of county area economy． Guyang County is in the center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region，and it is a large agricultural county of Baotou City．There are mountains and vast plains．It is the one poor county of the national counties which surrounding the industrial city Baotou City．Guyang County’S area ecomomy has not been developed well cause it is mainly developing developing the traditional agriculture for many years．This paper has proposed¨industrial establishment County’’line by studing the domestic and foreign County area economic development models especially in the Midwest，and analyzing the specific resources endowment and the advantage of the situation of Guyang county．Because the Guyang county’S situation has a certain representation in the Midwest，I hope this article can provide a reference of the county area economic development for other parts of the central and western area． In recent years，Guyang county’S economy has made considerable progress，but there are still many bottlenecks and lacks of development． Therefore，it is an important issue in fro
