弋j中文提要 弋j 中文提要 随着市场经济向纵深发展和招投标制度的不断完善，本市以外的市政施工企业陆续进 入，市政工程原有的市场份额已被打破，使得市政工程的市场竞争日趋激烈。同时，施工企 业的生产方式和组织结构发生了深刻变化，形成了以工程项目管理为核心的企业生产经营管 理模式，而工程项目成本控制是工程项目管理的核心内容。加强工程项目成本控制，是保证 企业的经济效益，提高企业管理素质和社会声誉的重要手段。但是，由于入们思想观念的局 限性和管理科学在建筑施工领域的实际运用水平，工程项目成本的控制存在很多问题，需要 我们深入实际认真探讨，采取措旖改善成本控制工作，解决存在的问题。 本文首先对国内外施工项目成本控制的研究现状进行了对比分析，阐述了国内外旌工项 目成本控制的差距，介绍了施工项目成本控制的主要形式、原则、依据及步骤，针对我国市 政工程施工项目成本控制的特点，对市政工程施工项目成本控制的基础工作、内容及实施阶 段进行了论述a分析研究了目前我国市政工程藏工的成本控制面临的主要问题，提出了相应 的改进措施，并把改进措旅归纳为组织措施、技术措施、合同措施及经济措旌四种。最后提 出了施工项目成本控制的几种具体的应用方法。 关键词：市政工程、项目成本、控制 ■ AbstractWith Abstract With the development ofmarketing economy，the system ofpublic bidding and entering bids getting completed，many constructing corporation outside the city come into our market in cuccession，the pyeviOtiS shares in the market have been broken，Thoes will surely cause incresaingly competition in construction industry，the operations and the organization structure of the construction enterorise has been changing deeply．Busisness management focus 0n the engineering project，Soproject cost mangement is becoming the main symb01．Strengthening cost management and control is an important way to ensure enterpeise’s benefits and to improve enterprise’smanaging performance and to enhance business’reputation However,because ofthe limitations oftraditional idea and the lack ofimplement ofmamagement science in constructions area,we should do research work in the practice and find effective means tO solver the existing problems and improve cost and contr01． The first thing the construction project costs control present conditions of internal and overs哪is correled and annalyzed,spatial difference is expounded between them．and then introduced in this paper is principle of,procedures of and the basis for the construction project costs control，aiming at the characters of the construction project costs control about municipal works，the preparatory,the content and implementing stages of the construction project costs control about municipal works
