摘 摘 要 ‘城市在整个国民经济发展中起着重要作用。从内部看，城市作为一个经济 有机体，不仅具有商品生产和商品交换的能力，而且还是各种经济活动的聚集点； 从外部看，城市作为城乡经济网络的枢纽，是一定地域范围的经济中心，能带动 和影响周围地区经济的发展。随着知识经济时代的到来，传统的以自然资源为基 础的城市区位优势正逐渐淡化，代之的是知识基础上的新竞争。知识的无国界性、 无限供应性和非独占性，又使这种竞争在更大范围内进行，程度也更加激烈，从 、 而迫使城市经济发展必须进行创新，以迎接新的机遇和挑战。l ， 本文从创新的角度出发，以复杂大系统的理论体系为指导，提出了我国城 市创新的基本理论，并借鉴系统动力学的方法．建立了城市创新的系统动力学模 型，运用该模型对城市创新的内部机制进行了深入研究，对系统内部各组成要素 之间的因果反馈关系进行了深入剖析。 最后，以海口为例，运用模型，对城市创新系统的运行进行了仿真模拟， 掘此分析了海口在城市创新过程中存在的问题，对该系统进行了政策分析和趋势 预测，为海口市制定合理的创新政策提供了决策支持，以促进海口城市机制的到 发展和完善。 L 关键词：城市， 城市创新系统 系统动力学模型 因果关系 反馈， ABSTRACTCities ABSTRACT Cities are very important in national economic developments．Viewing from the interior，as all economic organism，a city not only has the capacity of producing and exchanging goods，but also is the gathering spot of all kinds of economic activities． Viewing from the exterior，as the pivot of the economic net between the city and the countryside and the economic center in the region，a city Can bring along the economic developments of the region around it．Upon the coming of the time of knowledge economy，the traditional area advantages based on natural resources are becoming weak，what has replaced them are the new kinds of competitions based on knowledge．Knowledge has the nature of having no country limits，it Can be supplied infinitely and carl not be the monopoly of someone only．All of which have enlarged the range of the new competition and made it more intensely．In view of above-mentioned conditions，cities are desperately in the need of innovation in order to get rapid economic developments in the face of new opportunities and challenges． Guided by the theory of complex big systems，this paper brings forward the basic theory about city innovation from the view of innovation and sets up a dynamic model of the city innovation system with the help of system dynamics．It also gives a further study to the inner mechanism about city innovation in our country and the cause-effect and feedback relations in the system． At last，the model simul
