AbstractThe Abstract The problems，innate content，necessity，basic principle， constructing principle and realistic possibility of economic morals，are a few premises about its theoretical construction and realistic practice． Essentially，economic morals are not only the morals n01Til and ethic nature of some a economic form，but also the dialeetical movement of value dimensions of economic form．Economic phenomenon and economics must pay attention to morals．The socialism market economy has to pay attention to morals，because it is a kind of ethical economy in essence，apart from the general reason outside．Socialism market economy morals must insist on the principle of practice and effect，in both the realistic meaning and the theoretical meaning．We must insist on legal egoism principle in the microscopic realm，mutual aid principle in the moderate realm，and insist on altruism principle in the macroscopic realm．And we must lead and sublimate it from top to bottom，and make its hasic worth aim direct to collectivism principle In constructing principle，economic morals theory must be based on the form space of economy relations．combed and rebuilded by it．We must prompt human morals in idea together with economical system，and combine the two policies of economic as center and people as aim． Key word：economical morals；prerequisites； innate content；theoretical construction； realistic practice 导 导 言 社会主义市场经济体制的建构，不仅意味着一种新型经济组织 方式的形成，而且兆示着一种新的伦理价值观念的诞生。这种新的 价值观念，一方面，通过改造经济主体的思维方式与行为方式，融 入市场机制，成为市场体系的伦理文化支撑；另一方面，又不可避 免的导致新生与传统价值观念之间的冲突，造成道德领域自身的观 念革命。中国传统价值观念、计划经济价值观念与新生的功利主义 价值观念之间的冲突日趋白热化，它们相互斗争、相互制约、相互 渗透、相互转化，形成一道百家争鸣式的、蔚为大观的文化风景线。 经济组织方式及其价值观念的革命，不能不引起学术领域的瞩 目和变动。正是在此种现实背景下，经济道德(伦理)理论领域开 始了自己的一场“革命”：从过去对具体课题的实证研究，转向对理 论体系的系统研究。由个别现象研究层面进入到学科建设层面，这 是一个质的飞跃。然而，任何一种理论体系的建构，都跨越不过对 其基础和前提性问题的回答，经济道德理论体系的建构亦是如此。 可以说，不对经济道德的前提性问题进行彻底的反思，逻辑严密、 思路清晰的经济道德理论的建立是根本不可能的。经济道德理论的 实证研究，最终也必须建立在对其前提性问题的回答基础之上。正 因为如此，随着经济道德理论著作的不断涌现，经济道德的前提或 基础问题越来越为一些学者所重视。这是一个自觉不自觉的，而且 是一个必然的过程。然而，就整体而言，能够对经
