基于 BIM 的图书馆项目建模分析 摘要 BIM 即建筑信息模型。它是用建筑工程项目与之相关的信息数据来作为该模型的基础， 从而对建筑进行模型的建立，通过数字 信 息来仿真 模 拟此建筑物所具有的 真 实信息。在 如今的国际建筑行业中， BIM 已越来越被广泛应用，而国内目前还处在初步阶段。当然，随 着我国建筑行业不断地进步与发展，也为了与国际接轨， BIM 的应用也越来越被重视与推 广。所以，该项技术将会是我国建筑业中的主流技术。 在此背景下，本设计选择了 BIM 的建模与分析。研究过程中，查阅和参考了一些关于 BIM 的相应资料，并重点研究 BIM 的三维建模分析。本设计以“双鸭山市图书馆”项目为 例，用 revit 软件将图书馆的 CAD平面图建模成 3D 效果，包括建筑、结构、水电暖等对图 书馆项目进行具体的综合分析并进行碰撞检查。 BIM 通过对项目进行建模分析，使得建筑设 计师能够更好的设计、建造以及维护建筑物，本设计将应用 BIM概念对“双鸭山市图书馆” 项目进行一次实例的探索研究，使得我们更加直观具体的了解 BIM在建筑行业的应用，从理 论阶段到实践应用的全面认识。 关键词： BIM；建模；碰撞检查；分析 Modeling Analysis of Library Project Based on BIM Abstract BIM, stands for Building Information Modeling, based on the relevant information and data of building projects as a basis for model, to establish the building model , through digital information simulation true information of the building .
