In this paper,dextran preparation and control of relative molecular mass of dextran have been studied by immobilization technology.In the conventional fermentation process,propagating cells,producing the enzyme and synthesising dextran were

Using the immobilized cells beads Can keep stable yield in 20 batch.
Ill addition。control ofrelative molecular mass ofdextran has been studied in rhythmic reaction and consecutive reaction by immobilization把cimology,with detecting by gel permeation chromatography.In hythmic reaction,used 15U induced enzyme solution, in 0.2—2%sucrose solutions.the relative molecular mass of dextran has been controlled in 6.O×104—40,O×104.Witll the higher reaction tempermure.the relative
molecular mass of dextran was lower.When the reaction temperature is 25℃.the relative molecular mass of dextran has been controlled in first 8h.In consecutive reaction,different flow rate and reaction time for control ofrelative molecular mass of dextran have been studied.With 15r/min flow rate.relative molecular mass ofdextran Was been controled easily.for it rised slowly.
Finally,in the preparation of dextran by dextransuerase,dextranase Was added to concrol different molecular weight of dex仃an.After 2h of reaction。molecular weight of dextran produced in the solution descended from 85.2x104 to 20x104.then the effect is slowed down;weight·average molecular weight of dextran follows dextranase dosages increasing but diminishes,and the effect of enzyme dosages to outcome the molecular weight Was nonlinearity;the yield of adding two atlzymes simultaneously was the highest and 86.8%.The 15U dextransucrase was used for dextran synthesis i11 10%sucrose solutions.simultaneously 0.19~O.75U dextranase added in.result molecular weight ofdextran with lOxl04~2×104.
