广州新电视塔钢管混凝土施工技术

[摘要] 广州新电视塔钢管混凝土结构由 24 根高约 454m 的倾斜钢管组成。针对楼层分段分布、结构镂空、混凝土
泵送难和检测难的特点 ,在施工前进行低收缩混凝土的模型试验 ,确定钢管混凝土无裂缝 ,满足设计要求。并根据
施工过程中容易出现堵管、爆管和混凝土养护等问题 ,采用布料杆和选择混凝土配合比来确保顺利施工。同时 ,对
钢管混凝土进行体内埋管超声波检测 ,检测效果良好。

Construction Technology of Concrete Filled Steel Tube in Guangzhou Ne w TV Tower

Abstract :The concrete filled steel tube is made of twentyfour inclining steel tube with the height of 454m in Guangzhou New TV Tower. Based on
the characteristics including floor arrangement by section , hollow out , difficulties of concrete pumping and testing , model test of lowshrinkage
concrete is done before construction to determine there is no crack in concrete filled steel tube , which can satisfy design requirements. Besides , the
placing booms and mix proportion are chosen to ensure construction , considering the problems of pipe blockage , pipe explosion and concrete
maintenance during the process of construction. Then , ultrasonic testing is carried out with buried pipe in concrete filled steel tube. The testing
effect is good.
