Cottonocracy in this region, is a competitive industry with high dependence on global market. The paper first states the present situation of Zhejiang textile industry in the aspect of export competitiveness, and then aims at the very concerned phenomenon that the traditional export competitive edge of Zhejiang textile is gradually weakened. The thesis carrys on the relevant analysis and research systematically with the recommendations given. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part mainly reveals the status quo of international competitiveness of Zhejiang textile exports; the second part refers to the comparison about export competitiveness between Zhejiang and the world’s leading exporters of textile; the third part focuses on the analysis of the major problems and defects that faced by Zhejiang textile industry; the last part gives the related proposals and strategies in maintaining and enhancing the export competitiveness o
