MANAGEMENT OF OUTPATIENT EMERGENCY SERVICE 门急诊管理 精细化管理在综合医院门诊分层诊疗的 实施成效 ① ① ① ■ 龙 婷 谭明英 程 欣 【关键词】 综合医院 分层诊疗 精细化管理 门诊管理 【摘 要】 目的:推进精细化管理,实现初诊-分诊-复诊-转诊无缝衔接,提高门诊患者分层就诊满意度。方法:对分层级就诊的 服务理念、层级结构、服务项目和服务流程进行创新,设立初诊和外地患者就诊特别服务区、双向转诊中心、疑难病会诊中心。结 果:当日初诊/外地患者90%以上就诊,其中60%的常见病当日诊治,30%的专科患者转向专科专家,3%的疑难重症患者可预约1周内 的多科联合会诊。结论:在综合医院门诊分层诊疗应用精细化管理,对分层级就诊的服务理念、层级结构、服务项目和服务流程进行 创新,使初诊/外地患者、疑难重症患者得到及时高效就诊的同时也使门诊优质医疗资源得到有效利用。 Effectiveness on fine management for promotion hierarchical outpatient process in general hospital / LONG Ting, TAN Mingying, CHENG Xin// Chinese Hospitals. -2017,21(3):59-61 【Key words】 general hospital, hierarchical outpatient process, fine management, outpatient management 【Abstract】 Objectives: To promote the fine management, realize the first diagnosis, triage, visit, referral seamless and improve outpatient satisfaction. Methods: Hierarchical level of service concept, hierarchy, service projects and service process were innovated and new unit in outpatient service such as the i rst diagnosis and nonlocal patients special service area, two-way referral center, diicult-and-rare-case consultation center had been set up. Results: More than 90% of the first diagnosis/nonlocal patients has seen doctor in the first visiting day. In which, 60% of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases has got treatment, 30% has transferred to specialist and 3% of difficult critically ill patients made an appointment within one week of multidisciplinary joint consultation. Conclusion: In general hospital outpatient layered diagnosis and treatment, the application of fine management level of layered medical service concept, hierarchy, service projects and service innovation process, make the first diagnosis/nonlocal pa
