关于工程质量创优管理工作的探讨 摘要：随着我国房地产业和建筑业的迅猛发展，开 发商和业主对建筑工程质量已不只是单单停留满足质量合 格的标准了，越来越多的客户对优质工程、精品工程的需求 逐渐增强，这要求施工企业为了占领市场、做大做强建筑企 业就必须多创优质和精品工程，本文结合施工企业在工程质 量创优活动中取得的一些好的经验和做法进行了探讨。 关键词：工程质量、创优、预控、施工过程、管理 Abstract： With the rapid development of China’ s real estate and construction industry, developers and owners on the quality of construction is not just simply stay to meet acceptable quality standards, more and more customers demand for quality engineering, the requirement was gradually enhanced, which requires the construction enterprises in order to capture the market, the bigger and stronger constr
