第三章 并行设计中制造特性的评价及决策 南京交通职业技术学院 PAGE PAGE 0 毕业论文 论文题目：并行设计中制造特性的评价及决策 系 部： 机 电 工 程 系 专业名称： 机 电 一 体 化 班 级： 06532 学 号： 53 姓 名： 沈学峰 指导教师： 韩京海 完成时间： 2009 年 5 月 20 日 摘要 并行设计是一种对产品及其相关过程(包括设计制造过程和相关的支持过程)进行并行和集成设计的系统化工作模式。并行设计更强调在产品开发的初期阶段，就考虑产品的工艺规划、制造、装配等环节的影响，从而达到缩短产品开发周期，降低成本，提高产品质量的目的。因此对并行设计中诸设计方案作出评价是并行设计的重要研究内容之一。 本文在分析产品并行设计评价现状的基础上，研究了产品并行设计中决策活动的特点，建立了并行设计中制造特性的评价模型。基于该评价模型，建立了产品设计评价指标体系框架。分别采用基于定性和定量相结合的评价方法、基于规则的评价方法，对毛坯、可加工性、结构工艺性进行了分析和评价。 关键词：并行设计，制造特性，方案评价与选择 Abstract The concurrent design is one kind (including design process of manufacture and related support process) carries on parallel and the integrated design systematization working pattern to the product and the related process. The concurrent design stressed that in product developments initial period stage, considers links and so on product craft plan, manufacture, assembly influences, thus achieves the reduction product development cycle, reduces the cost, improves the product quality the goal. Therefore various design proposal makes the appraisal to the concurrent design in is one of concurrent design important research contents. This article in the analytic product concurrent design appraisal present situations foundation, has studied in the product concurrent design the decision making characteristic, established in the concurrent design to make the characteristic evaluation model. Based on this evaluation model, has established the product design evaluating indicator system frame.
