PAGE PAGE 1 液氮冷冻联合药物外用治疗会阴尖锐湿疣临床观察 吴多韬（海南省妇幼保健院皮肤科，海南570206） [摘要] 目的 观察液氮冷冻联合制霉菌素炉甘石洗剂、利巴韦林、硫酸小诺霉素外用治疗会阴部尖锐湿疣效果。方法 将门诊会阴部尖锐湿疣患者随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组使用液氮冷冻治疗后给予生理盐水与利巴韦林和硫酸小诺霉素的组合液湿敷，后给予制霉菌素炉甘石洗济+小诺霉素的组合液外搽；对照组单纯液氮冷冻治疗，疗程最多4周。末次治疗后第1、2、3个月观察复发率。结果 入组尖锐湿疣患者196例，179例患者完成了全部随访，试验组116例，对照组63例。试验组复发率12.1%，对照组复发率61.9%，差异有统计学意义（P﹤0.01）。结论 液氮冷冻联合制霉菌素、利巴韦林、小诺霉素、炉甘石洗剂外用，治疗会阴尖锐湿疣复发率明显降低，疗效显著。 [关键词]尖锐湿疣；冷冻；制霉菌素；炉甘石洗剂；利巴韦林；小诺霉素；联合治疗；复发率 liquescent nitrogen freezing treatment on perineum condylomata acuminate combined with appliance of external medicine Wu Duo tao [Abstract] Aim: to observe the effects of the liquescent nitrogen freezing treatment on perineun condylomata acuminate combined with the appliance of calamine lotion, ribavirin, micrononicin sulfate. Method: divide the clinical patients into two groups, one is for experiment and the other for comparison. For the experiment group, after the liquescent nitrogen freezing treatment, apply hydropathic compress with physiological saline and ribavirin as well as micronomicin sulfate, later treat with external use of combined liquid of mycostatin calamine lotion. For the comparison group, use liquescent nitrogen freezing treatment only with a period of treatment of 4 weeks the most. An observation of the recidivity rate was conducted after the last treatment every month for 3 months.Result: There are 196 cases involved and 179 cases are attended. Among them 116 are in the experiment group and 63 in the comparison group. The results shows that the recidivity rate for the experiment group is 12.1%, and the comparison group 61.9%, the difference is statistically significant (P﹤0.01). Conclusion: the liquescent nitrogen freezing treatment on perineun condylomata acuminate combined with the appliance of calamine lotion, ribavirin, micrononicin sulfate can significantly reduce the recidivity rate.
