PAGE 盐 城 师 范 学 院 毕业论文（设计） 2011－2012 学年度 　教育科学　 学院　应用心理学　专业 班级 08（4）班 学号 课题名称 大学生职业期望、社会支持 与就业压力的关系研究 学生姓名　 吴 晓 指导教师　　 蔡 静 　　　　　　　　 2012 年 5 月 23 日 摘 要 本文采用职业期望量表、社会支持评定量表以及大学生就业压力问卷对盐城师范学院的245名大学生进行了调查，探讨了大学生职业期望、社会支持与就业压力之间的关系。研究结论如下： （1）大学生普遍具有较高的职业期望、较多的社会支持和较大的就业压力。 （2）大学生职业期望在性别、年级、专业、生源地上有显著的差异；大学生社会支持在性别、年级、专业、生源地和是否有实习经历上有显著的差异；大学生就业压力在性别、年级、专业、生源地和是否是学生干部上有显著的差异。 （3）职业期望与就业压力接近正相关，即职业期望越高就业压力就会越大；社会支持与就业压力呈非常显著的负相关，即社会支持越高的大学生其就业压力就会越低。 （4）职业期望对就业压力具有一定的影响，特别是声望地位和自我发展因素对就业压力的预测显著；社会支持对缓解大学生的就业压力有着重要的作用，特别是主观支持因素。 关键词：大学生 职业期望 社会支持 就业压力 Abstract In this article , the career expectations of scale,social support rating scale and the questionnaire of the Employment Pressure conducted a survey of 245 college students of Yancheng Teachers College,and to explore university students career expectations,the relationship between social support and employment pressure Firstly,students generally have higher career expectations,more social support and biger job stress . Secondly,college Students career expectations that there are differences in gender, grade,professional, students on the ground ; Social Support in gender, grade,professional , and students to and whether there are internship difference;Employment Pressure in terms of gender,grade, professionals,students,and in whether the different student leaders . Thirdly,career expectations and employment pressures close to a positive correlation , career expectations,the greater will be the higher the pressure on employment;social support was very significant negative correlation with the employment pressure,the higher the social support students employment pressure will be the lower . Forthly, career expectations have a certain impact on the employment pressure , Prestige status and self-development factors of the pressure on employment forecast a significant; social support plays an important role to alleviate the pressure on college stud
