老年护理学之课堂汇报 老年冠心病患者的护理 制作及编辑: 徐小梦（121070233） 本场主讲人： 阚加利 文献底稿者： 唐 海 蘇區最高軍事指揮官 监制 前言 冠状动脉性心脏病，即冠心病是严重危害人类健康的常见病。90年代我国城市男性本病死亡率为49.2/10万人口，女性为32.2/10万人口。冠心病在住院心脏病人中所占的比例为：50年代占6.78％，60年代占15.71％，70年代占26.03％，80年代占26.80％，90年代占39.18％。老龄为冠心病患病重要危险因素之一，有报道提出，男性≥45岁、女性≥55岁可作为冠心病的危险因子。大于60岁者患病率男性为212.7/10万，女性为302.7/10万。大于65岁冠心病猝死年患病率分别为男性65.4/10万与女性50.4/10万。从1990～2000年我国统计来看，心肌梗死年均增长4.32%，猝死增长4.66%，合计增长4.41%，表明近10年来冠心病发病率增长速度加快。关注冠心病患者尤其是老年冠心病患者的健康生活也日益成为健康的热点话题。 Coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease is a common disease which seriously harms human health.
