Russia’s economic transformation began in a special historical background, has walked through more than 20 years, now is continuing to be promoted and deepen. Russia officially launched the transition to free market economy in 1992. Russia’s economic transformation in Boris Yeltsin period was carried out simultaneously throughout the system changes, but in Dmitry Medvedev and Putin period it’s main task is to modernize the country. The formally enterment of Russia to WTO in August 2012 brought an important opportunity for it’s economic transformation. To modernize the country’s economy in the next ten decades is the role task and objective of Russia. The proposed modernization is “A full range of modernization”, “ Building a knowledge-based economy as an alternative to the original raw material economy”. The main problem of economic modernization is how to realize the translating from resource-based economy to an innovative economy. The Study about Russias economic transformation after its enterment to WTO , contributes to a more accurate grasp of Russias economic transition process in the next period, which can provide basis for Chinas cooperation to Russia. So this study has important theoretical and practical significance. II This paper consists of five parts, in the first part we review the process of Russia ’s economic transformation, the secend part analysis the problems of Russia ’s economic transformation before it ’s enterment to WTO，the third part analysis the influnce of the enterment to WTO to Russia ’s economic transformation, the forth part forecasts Russia ’s economic transformation process after it ’s enterment to WTO, the fifth part puts forward the measures how to reply the Russia ’s economic transformation.
