利培酮联合高压氧治疗阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者的效果观察 ［摘要］目的探讨利培酮联合高压氧治疗以阴 性症状为主的精祌分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法选 取2012年4月?2013年12月在我院治疗的105例以 阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者，将其随机分为治疗 组、高压氧组、研究组，各35例。治疗组予利培酮治 疗；高压氧组予高压氧治疗；研究组予利培酮联合高 压氧治疗。观察3组入院时、第4周、第8周、第12 周末时阳性症状和阴性症状量表（PANSS）及不良反 应和病程，以及随访1年复发率及医疗总费用等。结 果治疗组总有效率为45.7%，高压氧组总有效率为 40.0%，研究组总有效率为77.1%，3组总有效率比较 差异有统计学意义（P ［关键词］高压氧；利培酮；阴性症状；精神分裂 ［中图分类号］R749.3 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］ 1674-4721 (2016) 03 (a) -0051-04 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effect of risperidone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the treatment of schizophrenia with negative symptoms. Methods 105 patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from April 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into treatment group, hyperbaric oxygen group，research group and 35 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with risperidone， the hyperbaric oxygen group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy，the research group was treated with risperidone combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Admission of 4，8，12 weekends positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) and adverse reactions and the course of the disease，and followed up for 1 year recurrence rate and total health expenses among three groups was observed. Results The total effectiveness of treatment group was 45.7%, the total effective rate of hyperbaric oxygen group was 40.0%, the total effective rate of research group was 77.1%，the total effective rate among the 3 groups was statistically significant (P [Key words] Hyperbaric oxygen； Risperidone； Negative symptoms； Schizophrenia 精祌分裂症是一种常见而病因未完全阐明的精祌 疾病，根据临床症状群可分为阳性症状、攻击敌意、 阴性症状、焦虑抑郁、认知症状。在我国，本病终身 患病率约为0.7%［1］，其中以阴性症状为主的精神分裂 症患者多预后不良［2］。笔者在前期的研究表明［3］，高 压氧联合利培酮治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症， 安全有效；但对单纯采用高压氧治疗本病却属空白。 本次通过临床对比研究，在高压氧治疗以阴性症状为 主的精神分裂症方面取得了一定成绩。 1资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 选取2012年4月?2013年12月在我院治疗的105 例以阴性症状为主的精祌分裂症患者，参照中华医学 会主编的2007版《精神分裂症防治指南》(CCMD-3) 中精神分裂症诊断标准［4］，且符合Andreasen提出的 以阴性症状为主的II型精神分裂症诊断标准为依据 ［5］。经忠者本人知情同意与医院伦理委员会审批，采 用随机数字表法将所有患者分为治疗组、高压氧组、 研究组，每组35例。其中治疗组男性18例，女性17 例;年龄18?57岁，平均(29
