It takes the nonlinear prob- lems appearing in mathematics and physics as background to establish some general theories and methods to handle nonlinear problem. The nonlinear differential equation of nonlinear stems from the applied mathematics, the cybernetics, the physics and each kind of application discipline. It is an important kind of question in the differential e- quations, it is one of most attention domains of functional analysis studies at present, so it attaches more and more attention. In this paper, we use Variational methods, variant minimax theory, as well as critical methods, to study the existence of positive solutions for several kind of nonlinear differential equation. The thesis is divided into three sections according to contents. Chapter 1 We introduce some fundamental knowledge and source of theory . Chapter 2 We consider the existence of homoclinic solutions for the following second-order subquadratic Hamiltonian system: (HS) q¨ ?
