I I 中文摘要 在汉语国际推广背景下，研究本土汉语教师发展现状和问题，有利于提升 本土汉语教师的专业素质，有利于培养国别化的汉语师资，有利于开发国别化 汉语教材和教学法。本研究目的在于通过对吉尔吉斯斯坦本土汉语教师的调查 来得出吉尔吉斯斯坦汉语教学现状及汉语教学发展状况。 通过问卷调查和访谈的方式对吉尔吉斯斯坦的本土汉语教师进行了调查研 究，对本土汉语教师的基本信息、教学情况、参加培训情况、对教师职业发展 等情况做了调查，在写作过程中通过 SPSS16 软件对数据进行了分析。在分析过 程中得出了本土汉语教师存在的问题，也对问题提出了相应的解决方法。 通过对吉尔吉斯斯坦本土汉语教师的调查研究,得到了吉尔吉斯斯坦本土 汉语教师的基本状况。本土汉语教师普遍年轻化，教龄短，专业知识不够牢等 问题，在发现问题后提出了解决问题的对策。 关键词：吉尔吉斯斯坦；本土汉语教师；汉语教学 abstract Under the background of Chinese international promotion, the local development present situation and problems of Chinese teachers, is helpful to improve native Chinese teachers professional quality, and is beneficial to cultivate the nationality of Chinese teaching, Chinese teaching material and teaching method is beneficial to developing country. The purpose of this study is based on the survey of local Chinese language teachers to come to kyrgyzstan ,kyrgyzstan Chinese teaching present situation and the development of Chinese teaching. Through questionnaire survey and interviews to kyrgyzstan native Chinese teachers to carry on the investigation and study, on the basic information of the local Chinese language teachers, teaching conditions, to participate in training, did a survey of teachers professional development, and so on and so forth, in the process of writing by SPSS16 software analyses the data. During analysis it is concluded that the problems of local Chinese teachers, and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the problem. In kyrgyzstan, native Chinese teachers investigation and study, kyrgyzstan native Chinese teachers basic situation. Local Chinese language teachers generally younger, short of experience, professional knowledge is not enough firm, puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem after found the problem.
