Workers are requested not only proficient occupational skills, but also graciousoccupational morals, proper occupational attitude, good custom, discipline and professional dedication. Colleges are a tower of strength in our society, which can’t be ignored. Firstly, the concepts of Occupational Morals and Occupational Morals of Education have been interpreted, and the necessarily of university Occupational Morals of Education has been analyzed. It is an inner requirement and basic task for colleges integrated development, which can promoting employment. Secondly, the current situation and characteristics of Occupational Morals of Education are discussed at home and abroad. We emphatically discuss the achievements and the problems in university Occupational Morals of Education in our country. Lastly, the author discusses how to construct the University Occupational Morals of Education system in our times. According to the discussion, the author has brought out some advice. The suggestion includes: renovating the conception and confirm the goal in Occupational Morals of Education, establishing the principle in University Occupational Morals of Education, changing the single teaching methods, training qualified teachers and financial support, developing the school culture, using the international system.
